SailPoint & Saviynt — Hands-On Lab Track
Going from POC-level platform experience to full administrative and developer depth on the platforms I built proof-of-concepts for during an RFP.
Where I am: actively lab-building. I want to be precise about the distinction: I led hands-on proof-of-concept builds for both SailPoint IdentityIQ and Saviynt during an RFP evaluation — real, but scoped narrowly to the requirements we were testing, not the breadth of a production deployment. This track is about extending that POC-level experience into full administrative and developer depth.
- 1
SailPoint IdentityIQ developer fundamentals
Data model, connector framework, and certification/workflow configuration in depth — extending past the scope of the proof-of-concept I led during our RFP process.
SailPoint Developer Community - 2
Saviynt platform fundamentals
Same goal on Saviynt — moving from POC-level familiarity to broader administrative and developer depth.
Saviynt resources - 3
Rebuild a JML workflow in a lab environment
Take the JML design principles from my OIM production work and lab-implement the equivalent on SailPoint/Saviynt, to compare platform-specific mechanics directly rather than from documentation.
- 4
Compare connector and certification models against OIM
Direct, first-hand comparison of what's genuinely different at the implementation level versus what the POC and RFP evaluation already surfaced.
